Scripture Anchor

“The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.” – Proverbs 10:22

Teaching Outline

  1. The Blessing vs. Riches
  • Riches are material; the blessing is spiritual.
  • A man can be rich and sorrowful, but the blessed man carries preservation and peace.
  • Riches fade, but the blessing sustains across generations.
  1. Night Seasons are Temporary
  • Every destiny faces a “night” — a season of delay, pain, or silence.
  • Night seasons are classrooms of trust.
  • Joy always comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).
  1. Let Go and Let God
  • Fear of failure often drives striving in human strength.
  • Dominion begins when we release control and rest in God.
  • Jacob struggled until he yielded, then became Israel — a prince with God.

Reflection Questions

  1. Am I chasing riches, or am I pursuing the blessing?
  2. What “night season” am I currently walking through, and how can I keep faith alive?
  3. What areas of my life do I still need to surrender fully to God?

Prayer of Surrender

My Father, My Father, as I begin to pray:

  • Baptize me with the true blessing that outlives riches.
  • Turn my night season into a testimony of joy.
  • Help me to let go of my own strength and trust fully in You.

Closing Note
The blessing is bigger than money, greater than influence, and stronger than riches. When you live in the blessing, night seasons cannot break you, and struggles turn into testimonies. Stay blessed — God is enough.
